This hand-harvested flake salt begins in the cold, clean waters of Oregon. Hand harvested, it’s carefully blended with dried black truffles, quickly sealed to infuse the nutty, earthy aroma of the truffles, a beautiful counterpoint to the bright, clean flavor and desired, flakey crunch of Oregon’s aquatic terroir. We recommend sprinkling on top of a freshly seared foie gras pate, seared steak or popcorn.
