A collection of U.S. made cheeses brought together to promote all of those in the cheese supply chain that have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. 20% of each box sold will be donated directly to US farmers or US cheesemakers. July's donations will be going to the North East Farmers of Color Land Trust.

Haus Select Cheddar (1lb), a vibrant cheddar that is bright, slightly sweet and sharp yet has meaty undertones. From Roelli Cheese Haus in Wisconsin.

Prufrock (8 oz), a washed rind that holds a demanding presence on its own being bold with flavors of stonefruit, fresh cream and tangy sourdough bread. From The Grey Barn and Farm in Massachusetts.

Little Bloom on the Prairie (5 oz), A savory goat milk Camembert-style with a penicilium candidum rind that is lactic with a well-balanced paste by Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery in Illinois.

These cheeses will arrive to you accompanied by our 3oz Regalis Tennessee Black Truffle Honeycomb and a 4.5 oz hard salami made by Elevation Meats in Colorado (contains pork).

For our Signature Sourdough Cracker Recipe:
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 cup flour (any flour works, I use ½ whole wheat and ½ AP)
  • 4 T Olive Oil (any liquid fat will work)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T sesame seeds
  • 1 T poppy seeds
  • Coarse salt, for garnish
Mix starter, flour, olive oil, seeds, and salt together in a bowl until cohesive dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes to create smooth dough. Cover and rest in fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough to 1/8” thickness, prick all over with a fork. Cut to desired shape and season liberally with coarse salt. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes rotating sheet tray halfway.
