Product Description
Wild Cloudberries are a unique, distant relative to raspberries, growing wild in the Boreal forest of Canada by the chilly arctic plains. Difficult to access, only a small fraction of plants bear a single golden fruit, tasting like a unique blend of apricot, mango, and passion fruit, with a savory finish. Excellent on aged cheddar, alongside dark chocolate, or atop roasted lamb.
