This showstopper is meant to be displayed on your countertop in all it's glory. A bone-in lamb ham, cured with black pepper, juniper berries, rosemary and mustard and aged for a minimum of 6 months until deeply rich in complex flavors with a buttery texture. Best serves crudo-style, sliced thinly on the bias and paired with pickled vegetables, punchy mustard and sheep's milk cheeses. 

Each bone-in lamb ham weighs approximately 5 lbs each.
