

A hybrid kumquat variety developed in Japan, this fruit is larger than the standard kumquat with a slightly more oval shape. The sweet rind ranges in color from light gold to a deep orange.
Small, edible seeds provide a pleasantly tart counterpoint to the sweetness of the rind. The entire fruit makes for a delightful standalone snack, or can be an excellent ingredient in cakes, cocktails, or accompanying roasted meats.
