Obviously if you don't have a microwave, use the stove top to warm the pouch of rice. Boil the pouch for 10 minutes.
The Hijiki selection contains a medley of eighteen different grains alongside starchy, high minerality wild hijiki seaweed.
In the Conch selection, an assortment of grains are mixed with cooked, chopped wild conch.
