

Moromi is an American soy sauce maker, honoring centuries-old Japanese traditions developed after years of tutelage under mentors in Japan. This hot sauce is the only non-soy product of theirs we're currently offering, but it is made with the very same diligence and excellence that we love in all of their offerings. It uses locally grown and house-fermented cayenne peppers to yield a classy, tasty hot sauce with a poised balance of earthiness and fruitiness that is not hot enough to overpower the dominant flavors in a dish, but brisk enough to complement them.
