1. Season your A5 with a small amount of salt on both sides.
2. In a cast iron pan over high heat use a bit of the fat from the cap of the steak to season the pan.
3. Sear your meat for 1-2 minutes per side until a crust develops. Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes. We like to add a generous curl of Regalis Black Truffle Butter to melt overtop.
4. Garnish with dots of Regalis Platinum Osetra Caviar.
