Considered the quintessential masala blend of Morocco, this blend marries 16 spices and was crafted according to Villa Jerada’s family recipe. Whole spices are imported directly from Morocco and processed in small cold mill batches to order. This cold mill technique ensures a heat-free friction, allowing the spices to protect their natural essential oils, flavor and aroma.
Spices include saffron, rose petals, grains of paradise, fennel seeds, monk pepper, galangal, orris root, white peppercorns, anise star, lavender, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, cardamom and allspice.
