

Red Boat Palm Sugar is sourced directly from small, family owned Cambodian sugar palm farms. Producing palm sugar is similar to maple syrup: indigenous Cambodian Palmyra Palm trees are tapped, and their sap is cooked until reduced. The final sugar has a rich nutty caramel flavor and thicky, buttery consistency, delightfully low on the glycemic index. Use as a replacement for refined sugar or as a sweetener for cooking, baking and seasoning.
