Our Gindara Sablefish is raised in the oceanic waters of Kyuquout Sound, British Columbia in partnership with the Kyuquot First Nation Tribe. Hand raised from egg and sustainably ocean farmed in their native environment.
Sablefish is a versatile, sashimi-grade white fish known for its large petal-like flakes, and highly sought after for its exceptional ability to retain moisture after cooking. This makes it a perfect choice for grilling, frying, smoking and pan-searing. Whole fish can be roasted with the skin left on.
