



Created in the likeness of the Singaporean favorite tze-char dish, this chocolate bar is in a league all its own. Salted egg cereal is sprinkled over a unique white chocolate that has been slowly caramelized to attain a golden blond color and toasted biscuit aroma. We have never experienced anything like it; a must-try!
Fossa chocolate is crafted in small batches from their workshop in Singapore, then molded into bars and individually packaged by hand. The cocoa beans are taken through a time consuming process that carefully roasts, cracks and winnows them into chocolate that showcases unique flavors with zero additives; just the taste of true artisanal cacao.
