Gorgeous, phenomenal Red and Purple Sea Urchins are caught off the California coast, both of which yield the uni in this selection. Truly a flawless product, this uni is exceptionally clean in flavor, with hints of tropical mango that coalesce straight into a supremely satisfying ocean brine finish.
