Farmed in the waters of the Galician Sea, our turbot arrive firm and are killed to order. These are the truest quality of day-boat fish. A favorite flatfish among chefs for its ultra-luscious crab flavor, turbot is a member of the Bothidae, or left-eyed family of flounders.
We recommend cooking whole in the oven or even on the grill. Its magnificent gleaming white flesh has large flakes and outstanding flavor.
