This ponzu is produced in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, with a blend of four different Japanese citrus fruits: Yuzu for its aroma, Sudachi for acidity, Daidai for sweetness, and Yukou to amplify its bright, citrusy flavors. The floral fragrance of this ponzu is otherworldy, transportive, and further elevated by the umami from the Ma Konbu dashi that Suehiro incorporates into its final form.
