Made in collaboration with two elite, seasoned chocolate and pastry professionals based in Upstate New York, these Vanilla Bonbons highlight three of our prized, rare vanillas from Tahiti, Colombia, and Mexico. Made with white chocolate that provides a dignified canvas for the vanillas, the subtleties and nuances of each distinct variety are able to shine. Even as purveyors of rare vanillas, we are absolutely dazzled by how brilliantly Emily and Pierre are able to celebrate and distinguish each of these incredible ingredients, and we would highly recommend this set for anyone who values true, wild, and heirloom vanillas.
Each of these bonbons have hand painted exterior shells to distinguish one from the other.
The pearlescent black bonbons with a white stripe contain wild foraged Pompona Vanilla from Mexico, the Quail-egg-looking white bonbons with black speckling contain the unnamed, wild heirloom Colombian vanilla, and the bonbons with white and black polka dots feature Vanilla Tahitensis from Tahiti.
Each set contains 12 bonbons. Refrigerated, the bonbons have a 30 day shelf life.
