A collection of U.S. made cheeses brought together to showcase true artistry across the nation:
- Invierno by Vermont Shepherd is a natural-rinded, raw sheep and cow milk cheese. It is richly herbaceous with buttermilk notes and lightly caramelized with a wonderfully toothsome texture. (1 pound)
- Red Rock by Roelli Cheese Haus is an award winning American Original and not one you will forget from Master Cheesemaker Chris Roelli. Quite unique, Red Rock’s vibrant, red-orange hue of cheddar is accompanied by light blue veining that is not peppery and bright but more mellow with pistachio undertones. (1 pound)
- A delicate, soft ripened goat milk cheese coming from cheesemaker Leslie Cooperband and the Animal Welfare Approved Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery. Their farmstead cheese is all made by hand resulting in a clean, sensational treat. (1 piece, approximately .33 pound)
These cheeses will arrive to you accompanied by our 3oz Regalis Tennessee Black Truffle Honeycomb and a 4.5 oz hard salami made by Elevation Meats in Colorado (contains pork).
