We ship highly perishable, chef-quality products nationwide. If anything arrives less than perfect, we will make it right.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, physical returns are not accepted. This helps ensure product integrity and food safety for all customers.

Refunds & Reshipments

If there is an issue with your order, we may offer a reshipment, refund to the original payment method, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Eligibility is determined based on product condition upon delivery and the information provided in your claim.

Eligible Issues

  • Product arrives spoiled or unsafe to consume
  • Items arrive damaged in transit
  • You receive incorrect items
  • You are missing items from your order

How to Request a Resolution

Please contact us at questions@regalisfoods.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Resolution Options

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Reshipment, when inventory allows
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit, if preferred

Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Delivery delays caused by carrier issues or weather when the product arrives in acceptable condition
  • Orders where delivery was missed, refused, or rerouted by the recipient
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout
  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because many of our items are prepared and packed to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

For pre-orders, changes may be possible prior to fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.
