  • Regalis Foods ("we," "us," "our") offers a text messaging program (the "Program") that allows subscribers to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages (including SMS and RCS), such as offers, product updates, order and shipping notifications, and other messages related to Regalis Foods.By opting in via our website, checkout, or another enrollment method, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Regalis Foods at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Regalis Foods does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received.

  • You can cancel the Program at any time. Text **STOP** to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.

  • If at any time you have questions about the Program, text **HELP** to the number you received messages from, or contact us at questions@regalisfoods.com.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As with any technology, delivery is not guaranteed, and Regalis Foods is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Participating carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • By enrolling in the Program, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to participate.

  • We respect your privacy. Please review our [Privacy Policy](/pages/privacy-policy) to understand how we collect and use your information, including mobile opt-in data, which is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • We may modify or cancel the Program, or any of these terms, at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
