The Crépinette is made with free-range pork, swiss chard, and sharp cheddar cheese wrapped in a lace of delicate caul fat. The fanciest cheesy sausage in the world.

Allergens: pork, dairy

Ingredients: pork, swiss chard, onion, garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, black pepper, espelette, sugar, caul fat, and cheddar cheese. 

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen and thaw in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

To cook, set the crépinette seam side down in a large sauté pan and turn the heat to medium-high. When it starts to sizzle, turn the heat down to medium and let it sizzle gently for 5 minutes or so. When the seam side is nicely browned, flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes on the other side until golden brown and internal cooking temperature reads 160*F.
