Each one showcases a uniquely exquisite way of introducing brisk, maritime flavors into a huge variety of dishes.
This salted Kombu is one of our favorite selections. With an intense, salty, slightly smokey flavor and a fleshy, crunchy texture reminscent of calamari, this is a great ingredient for both texture and flavor. Preserved only with salt, we recommend three thirty-second cold water rinses before preparation.
