Regalis is pleased to represent Portumuinos' range of diver caught wild seaweeds from Galicia. All seaweed is preserved in salt. To use, our recommendation is to rinse 3 times for about 30 seconds each in cold water. Fresh Nori before rack-drying and shredding into dried sheets has an incredible delicateness and beautiful amethyst hue. It’s salty with a light smokiness.
