As a family-run business, these selections are procured with tremendous pride to complement their array of measurable accolades — vegan, organic, and sustainably hand-harvested. Each one showcases a uniquely exquisite way of introducing brisk, maritime flavors into a huge variety of dishes.
Sea Lettuce is a fun, versatile seaweed, with an elastic texture that crisps up nicely once toasted, and an intensely saline aroma reinforced by flavors that remind us of fresh mussels or clams. Though delightful as a focal point or key salad component, sea lettuce is also a sneakily superb additionto soups and broths. Preserved only with salt, we recommend three thirty-second cold water rinses before preparation.
