

Our partners in Galicia, Spain are best known for their wide range of diver-caught seaweeds, and we are thrilled to now offer a pair that combines these exquisite sea greens with equally superb shellfish. This one features mussels with sweet kombu, adding a gently earthy, smoky sweetness to the wonderfully plump and brisk character of the mussels. Of course, this is a fantastic starting point for a conserva board, but it can also be an excellent baseline for a pasta sauce, as well.
In addition to fresh, diver-caught seaweeds, all of the fish that make it to these conservas are sustainably caught and swiftly preserved, ensuring they are in the best possible condition when they’re hand-arranged into these tins.
