



Exceptionally sweet and subtle in flavor, Dungeness crab is one of our most anticipated seasonal products. The body meat is succulent and tender, whereas the legs have a more flavorful, firm texture. Hailing from waters of the western Pacific, these crabs get their namesake from the Dungeness Spit in Washington State, where crab fishery is king.
