Meet the newest addition to our live tanks: a petite female Norwegian Red King Crab, carrying her own bright coral roe. At 2–3 lb on average, she's just the right size for an intimate dinner for two, with all the sweet, delicate leg meat King Crab is famous for, plus a rich, briny bonus you won't find in a male crab.

Like our full-size Kings, these crabs are imported weekly, held in our live tanks, and shipped priority overnight so they arrive still kicking.

Care Notes:

• Cook your crab the day it arrives for the best flavor and texture.
• Keep refrigerated in its packaging, covered with a damp towel, until you're ready to cook. Do not submerge in fresh water.
• Steam or boil whole, then serve the roe alongside the meat, or fold it into butter, pasta, or rice.
