Product Description

The deliciously sweet, crunchy core of the cabbage palm tree. We source these tender "hearts" of Palm from Hawaii, where they shed their fibrious exterior, preserving their sweet core. With a flavor profile subtly evoking the creamy sweetness of coconut and, when cooked, the clean and mild earthiness of white asparagus or artichoke, these are fantastic raw, thinly shaved over salads, pickled, preserved, or woven into stir fries.
