Produced from Wild Japanese King Salmon, this roe is called Ikura, and is graded for size, color, and complexity on the palate. Our selection represents the finest quality Ikura, with a brilliant, amber glow that makes a strong impression even before having a taste.

During the curing process, white soy is used in place of salt, giving a refreshingly vibrant brightness to the final product.
