The famed Japanese citrus fruit coveted for its aromatic skin and incredibly bright flavors. When young and immature, yuzu is primarily used when its still green. As the crop matures and the fruit ripens, yuzu changes color from green to yellow. When yellow , it’s exterior skin sweetens and softens lending itself to even more versatility.
All of our yuzu is sourced from a small farm in Southern California and will arrive in subtle shades of light green to fully yellow in maturity during this time of year.
