The famed Japanese citrus fruit coveted for its aromatic skin and incredibly bright flavors.
When young and immature, yuzu is primarily used when its still green. As the crop matures and the fruit ripens, yuzu changes color from green to yellow.
All of our yuzu is sourced from a small farm in Southern California and is in season from September through late October.
