Product Description

These Greenlip Abalone are sourced from the pristine, frigid collision of the Antarctic Ocean and the South Pacific Ocean, south of Australia. In these conditions, the abalone have a firm, crunchy texture that is both distinct and satisfying. Raw abalone are commonly sliced very thinly and presented as sashimi, where their crisp texture and brisk flavor profile shines. When cooked, this texture morphs into wonderful tenderness, with a flavor reminiscent of a very sweet scallop. With freshly grated Japanese Wasabi, these buttery abalone are an absolutely beautiful dish.
