Regalis is pleased to represent Portumuinos' range of diver caught wild seaweeds from Galicia. All seaweed is preserved in salt. To use, our recommendation is to rinse 3 times for about 30 seconds each in cold water. Dulse is the fantastic wild seaweed with notes of dry aged beef and charcuterie. We love to whip dulse into grass-fed butter for spreading on your favorite grilled fish.
