Regalis White & Black Truffle Chocolate Bonbons (Set of 12)

Made in collaboration with two elite chocolate and pastry professionals based in Upstate New York, these black and white truffle bonbons are among the loveliest collaborations we’ve had the opportunity to enjoy.

We often comment on the incredible complexity of different truffle flavor profiles, how they can run the gamut from earthy to bright, piquant to musky, and so much in between. These bonbons capitalize on what we love about both black and white truffles in an incredibly fun and indulgent format that's a blast to share.

The White bonbons feature an aromatic caramel core made with butter that we infuse with fresh white truffles, making for a creamy, funky, vibrant total package.

The Black bonbons have a dark chocolate ganache base, with black winter truffle caramel and almond praline woven throughout to yield an intoxicatingly rich and fragrant finale to even the most decadent of meals. 

Each bonbon exterior shell is meticulously hand painted.

These truffle bonbons are absolutely occasion-worthy, and deliver enough complexity and weight to pair beautifully with a wide range of digestifs.
