We often comment on the incredible complexity of different truffle flavor profiles, how they can run the gamut from earthy to bright, piquant to musky, and so much in between. These bonbons capitalize on what we love about both black and white truffles in an incredibly fun, indulgent manner that we’re thrilled to share. The White Truffle bonbons feature an aromatic caramel core made with Crown Finish's Cave Aged Butter that we infuse with fresh white-truffles, making for a creamy, funky, vibrant total package. The Black Truffle bonbons have a dark chocolate ganache base, with black winter truffle caramel and almond praline woven throughout to yield an intoxicatingly rich and fragrant finale to even the most decadent of meals.
Each bon bon exterior shell is meticulously hand painted.
