The White bonbons feature an aromatic caramel core made with butter that we infuse with fresh white truffles, making for a creamy, funky, vibrant total package.
The Black bonbons have a dark chocolate ganache base, with black winter truffle caramel and almond praline woven throughout to yield an intoxicatingly rich and fragrant finale to even the most decadent of meals.
Each bonbon exterior shell is meticulously hand painted.
